By car from Vienna: Via Semmering, Bruck/Mur, Judenburg, Oberzeiring, Lachtal.
By car from Germany: Via Salzburg, Tauernautobahn to St. Michael/Lungau (or Radstätter Tauernpaß), turn off to Tamsweg – Murau, Niederwölz, Lachtal.
By car from Carinthia: St. Veit/Glan, Scheifling, Niederwölz, Lachtal.
From the mountain station of the 6-seater chairlift, take the panoramic path to the Kleiner Zinken. From there, follow path no. 958 along the ridge to Bischoflacke, then down into the valley to Lake Tanzstatt, past it and then you reach the Tanzstatt chapel, which is located in a small depression. From here you can reach the wind turbines in about 30 minutes. The path leads back to the starting point at a gentle incline over the Schlatterer Alm into the valley.

Public parking spaces are available directly at the valley station of the 6-seater chairlift in Lachtal.
