The ski tour leads from the valley station through the Grebenzenwald via Maria Schönanger and on to the Grebenzenhaus.

From Vienna the A2-Südautobahn to Wr. Neustadt; the S6 Semmering expressway to St. Michael i. Upper Styria; the S 36 to Judenburg; the B96 via Scheifling to Teufenbach; via the Neumarkter Sattel to St. Lambrecht.
From Graz and Linz take the A9-Pyhrnautobahn to St. Michael i. Upper Styria; the S 36 to Judenburg; the B96 via Scheifling to Teufenbach; via the Neumarkter Sattel to St. Lambrecht.
From Salzburg take the A10 Tauern motorway to St. Michael i. Lungau; the B96 via Murau to Teufenbach; via the Neumarkter Sattel to St. Lambrecht.
The ski tour leads from the valley station along the fence towards the forest. Once there, keep to the right. At the edge of the piste, follow the edge of the forest and turn left into Stationenweg. Follow the path to Maria Schönanger. Past the hut, follow the path and take the right fork. Follow the path until you reach the Grebenzenhaus. The descent takes place via the piste.

Ski touring on the Grebenzen (main route via Schönanger or Famileinabfahrt) is possible during piste opening hours with a valid day or season ticket. These are available at the lift ticket office.

Monday - Thursday & Saturday - Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Exception: Every Friday and on full moon nights, night tours are also possible from 4:30 p.m. to 9:40 p.m.
The use of the ski slopes for ski touring is prohibited (exception: descent after the tour).
The carrying of dogs (even on a leash) is not permitted.
Note: The ski touring routes are not checked daily for safety; they have the quality of so-called ski routes.
