From the Murauer Hütte you hike up to the Frauenalpe. Keep right here and continue downhill to Kaindorf. From there, follow the Mur cycle path to Stadl an der Mur.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Keep right here towards Murau. Keep left at the double traffic circle in Murau and drive over the Schlatting to the Murau Hütte.

Coming from Tamsweg via Ranten (or Stadl an der Mur), keep right at the double traffic circle in Murau and drive over the Schlatting to the Murau Hütte.

From the Murauer Hütte you hike directly to the Frauenalpe. Keep right here and continue downhill to Kaindorf. Keep left in Kaindorf and follow the Mur cycle path via Bodendorf and Sankt Ruprecht to Stadl an der Mur.
