Our vacation apartment is centrally located on the main square of the smallest town in Styria. Oberwölz is a small recreational and leisure oasis in the immediate vicinity of the hiking and ski areas Lachtal and Kreischberg. The small town has a spacious outdoor pool as well as a high ropes course. In winter, great cross-country ski trails are drawn and the natural areas of Frauenalpe and Greim promise wonderful snowshoe and turn ski hikes.
For lovers of natural swimming pools, the Furtnerteich and the Prebersee are popular destinations in summer, while in winter they offer attractive winter sports (ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, gymnastic skiing).
The town is within walking distance of the post office, Raika and Sparkasse, savings bank, Adeg, warehouse, restaurants and bars, pizzeria, bowling alley, ...
The town is well connected with the Landesbahn and a free bus transfer to the Lachtal is provided by the cab company Zuchi during the ski season.

"in the middle" vacation apartment
Local taxes of € 2,00 are not included in the price. For children up to 15 years of age is free of charge.
For the final cleaning an amount of € 50,- will be charged additionally.
Pets are not allowed.
For possible damages caused by the tenant will be asked for replacement or repair costs.
The apartment is rented for stays of 3 nights or more, preferably by the week.
Bed and bath linen are available.
