The accomodation price includes:
- Accommodation in the chosen apartment type based on self-sufficiency

Extra costs, obligaroy payable on the spot:
- final cleaning: EUR 119,- / apartment type "A"
- final cleaning: EUR 199, - / apartment type "B"
- bed linen & towels: EUR 16,- per person / stay
- tourist tax: EUR 2.50 per person / night (over 16 years)
Cancellation terms
- up to 36 days before arrival no cancellation fees
- 40% of the accommodation fee shall be paid in case of withdrawal 35-21days before the arrival
- 75% of the accommodation fee shall be paid in case of withdrawal 20-11 days before the arrival
- 100% of the accommodation fee shall be paid if the withdrawal happens from the 10th day prior to the arrival until the day of travelling, and in case of non-commencement of the journey or early, untimely departure
