On the 1st floor of our family house is this flat consisting of a bedroom (13.7 m2), a living room with kitchen (23 m2), a bathroom (6.5 m2) and an anteroom (5.6 m2). The house was newly finished in 2018. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment) and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass partition. Parking space is available in front of the house.
The house is located on the eastern edge of the village, in a quiet area, practically no neighbours. The flat faces east, overlooking a meadow. The valley station of the Kreischberg cable cars is about 1.5 km away.
