Reservation and cancellation conditions
For a binding reservation, we require a deposit of 30% or more of the total price within 5 working days of the booking. This can be paid for in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card.
– Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
– Cancellation 13-7 days before arrival 30% cancellation fee
– Cancellation 6-3 days before arrival 75% cancellation fee
– Cancellation within 2 days and in the event of no-show or travel interruption 100% fee
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing and must be reconfirmed by the hotel.
