Nandita is Sanskrit for happiness.
We hope you will feel very happy during your holiday here.
A beautiful, bright studio apartment with a balcony in the quiet village of Baierdorf.
Everything is provided for two people.
You have a private entrance.
The studio is fully equipped.
- Double bed with luxurious bedding.
- Kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer.
- Two electric hotplates.
- Coffee machine with capsules and a kettle.
- Free coffee and tea for the first few days.
- Dining table with chairs.
- Shower, washbasin, toilet.
- Hairdryer and, of course, large, luxurious towels.
- Mini projector for watching television or movies.
- Use your phone, tablet, or laptop with the free Wi-Fi.
- Naturally equipped with heating for winter sports.

We live one floor below,
so if you have any questions, we are always nearby.
Private parking space on the property for one car.
We have two children of primary school age.
There are also play facilities in the garden for your children,
including a climbing frame and a large trampoline.
Central location.
The ski areas Kreischberg, Lachtal, Grebenzen, and Krakaudorf
are all within 15–30 minutes by car.
In summer, you can enjoy beautiful hikes on the Kreischberg and race downhill with the go-karts.
Don’t forget to visit the mountain lakes, such as the Kaltenbachsee.
Drive with a view over the famous Sölk Pass.
The Günster Waterfall is located in our village, and the Gragger Gorge is just around the corner.
Ideal with children, as after the walk you will find a large playground and a cozy hut where you can have something to eat.
Visit the Formula 1 circuit.
Or the Murauer brewery.
You can play golf in Murau and Grebenzen.
In Baierdorf there is a tavern where you can enjoy a delicious meal.
In Schöder you will find a bakery with fresh pastries and a restaurant.
In St. Peter you will find a village café serving pizza and a restaurant on the mountain with a beautiful view.

Our studio is not suitable for people with disabilities,
and pets are not allowed.
We separate as much waste as possible and value peace and relaxation.
