Information
The beautiful holiday residence is suitable for 1 – 8 people and features modern furnishings over 190 m². The large glass fronts make the house feel particularly spacious and open. The underfloor heating provides delightful warmth throughout the house.
From the living room, there is direct access to the balcony. Breathtaking mountain views can be enjoyed from both the east and west terraces.
The generous living area of the holiday home offers a comfortable sofa and a large dining area with a luxurious kitchen, including an island and countertop, an oven with a large induction cooktop, a refrigerator-freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, blender, and kettle. Sufficient dishware is also available.
The technical amenities include WLAN, a washing machine, and a dryer. The bedroom windows are equipped with electric shutters.
Our holiday guests can find restful nights in 4 bedrooms for 2 people each. These include 3 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. An additional sleeping option is provided by the small sofa bed on the gallery and the sofa bed in the living room.
Supplies can be stored in the kitchen. The house features a double carport and an additional parking space. Bicycles can be stored in the carport.
For all hobby golfers and those who have always wanted to try golfing: The 18-hole golf course in Murau is reachable in 4 minutes by car.
Two bedrooms each have their own bathroom, one with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and double sink. The second bedroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The other two bedrooms are located on the same floor as the third bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and sink.
The comfortable living and dining area offers a stunning panorama of the Kreischberg and the surrounding mountains. Our guests will feel very comfortable here.
Please note: The stylish fireplace in the living area creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. For safety reasons, it is not in operation and serves solely decorative purposes. The separate apartment on the ground floor is inhabited separately and is not part of the rental.
