COME AS A GUEST AND LEAVE AS A FRIEND. With this motto, we take care of our guests, even if it's just for 1 night. 3 spacious guest rooms with shower/WC, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone, and balcony invite you to feel comfortable. Additionally, there is a common room with a fully equipped kitchen to meet your needs. A rich breakfast buffet is offered to you in the breakfast room. Our amenities, such as sauna, solarium, in-house massage, table tennis, bicycle storage, skiing equipment, a heated ski boot room, large children's playground, children's pool, sunbathing lawn, giant trampoline, garden house, grill, as well as playing and reading materials provide variety and relaxation for young and old alike. Our vacation apartments are just as comfortably furnished. 32 m²: ideally suited for romantics, with a view of the starry sky. 60 m²: private entrance, terrace, living kitchen with pull-out couch, (microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc.). Bedroom with satellite TV and CD player, separate shower/WC, washing machine. Laundry is provided. A family-owned farm and inn are located 50 meters away. 5-minute drive to the Grebenzen lifts and outdoor swimming pool. Train pick-up is possible. The guesthouse features Maxi's NATURE PARK SHOP where you can find regional specialties and gifts.

Arrival from Germany: Munich - Salzburg - A10 Tauernautobahn - exit at toll station St. Michael im Lungau - on the B96 to Tamsweg - continue via the B95 to Predlitz - take the B97 over Stadl/Mur to Murau - after the third traffic-light-controlled intersection turn right towards St. Lambrecht - continue to the Murauer Bahnhof - turn left again towards St. Lambrecht - now always along the country road, passing Laßnitz near Murau - after about 1.5 km turn left towards St. Blasen Ort or to the church, by the way, there is also a sign "Gästehaus Hobelleitner" - after about 2 km you are warmly welcomed at Gästehaus Hobelleitner! Arrival from Vienna or Graz: Motorway junction St. Michael near Leoben - on the S36 towards Klagenfurt - passing Knittelfeld, Judenburg to Scheifling - in Scheifling turn right towards Murau (B97) - in Teufenbach turn left - you will drive through the center of Teufenbach and turn left towards St. Blasen when you are in front of an inn - continue to Mariahof - in Mariahof turn right towards St. Lambrecht or St. Blasen (at the same level as Mariahof train station) - always along the path through St. Blasen Thayagraben - at the sign Gästehaus Hobelleitner (towards Karchau) turn right towards St. Blasen Ort - after about 2 km we warmly welcome you to our house! Arrival from Italy, Villach, Klagenfurt: Klagenfurt - on the B83 over St. Veit an der Glan, Friesach to Neumarkt - after the town center of Neumarkt turn left towards Murau - in Mariahof at the train station turn left towards St. Lambrecht - always along the path through St. Blasen Thayagraben - at the sign Gästehaus Hobelleitner (towards St. Blasen Ort) turn right - after about 2 km we warmly welcome you at Gästehaus Hobelleitner!
