Information
Our newly renovated holiday home (50m2) is located in a quiet and sunny area, 1 km from the town of Oberwölz (Wieden 41).
On the ground floor, there is a newly furnished kitchen-living room with a cozy dining area, a couch, television with satellite, Cafissimo coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and dishes. In addition to an entrance hall, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Furthermore, there is a large storage room (for bikes, skis, sledges, etc.).
On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 - 4 people. Bedding and towels are provided. The house is heated with a fully automatic pellet heating system from our newly built extension. A large garden with wooden seating area and sun umbrella, as well as 2 sun loungers and a grill can be used. In addition, the holiday home has a carport and a parking space.
The house is about 20 minutes from the Lachtal ski area, and another option for skiing is Kreischberg, which is about 40 minutes away. The thermal spa in Fohnsdorf and the Red Bull Ring are also about 40 minutes away.
Leisure activities in the immediate vicinity include a climbing garden, swimming pool, and cycling and hiking trails.
