Our wooden house is in a small blockhouse settlement about 900 meters outside of the village of St. Lambrecht in the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen nature park (Murau region)
It is accessible by car all year round. St. Lambrecht can also be reached quickly on foot. A good hiking trail leads to the village.In about 20 minutes you can reach the shops. There is a well-stocked supermarket, specialty shops, pharmacy, cozy cafes, ice cream parlour, restaurants and a florist - everything you need for your daily well-being.
Of course, our self-catering house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Occupancy up to 10 people possible. It has electric and gas heating.The basic rental price for 1-2 people is 80 euros, each additional person costs 15 euros per night plus Additional costs: Additional costs are final cleaning 80 euros, gas and electricity according to consumption at the current energy prices.A dog costs 10 euros per night. The tourist tax to the municipality is calculated at 2.50 euros per person over 15 years of age per night.Your car is safe in the carport.The dog is also welcome and will be greeted with a basket, blankets and food bowls.

Large outdoor terrace with garden furniture and loungers
On the ground floor:Porch, hallway, books to read, indoors bathroom with toilet and shower.with two "lazy beds" to rest after a hard day's hiking or skiing. A television with satellite receiver and a small stereo system provide evening entertainment In addition, a large living and dining area. Children can also insert their favorite CD. If you love board games - we have placed games in the cupboard above the TV.The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob. Other equipment: dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with *** cooling compartment, of course dishes for 12 people and pots, citrus press, hand mixer, kettle, etc.
In the pantry just off the kitchen is the coffee maker, smoothy blender, microwave, bread maker and a couple of large pots and pans. The washing machine (up to 60 degrees) is also there.
On the first floor:3 double rooms (one with a double bed, two with two single beds each), bathroom with toilet and tub, hallway and stairs to the attic.
Under the roof:4 single beds.Pets 10 euros per night. Final cleaning 80 euros.Christmas and New Year (21.12. to 04.01. and semester break prices on request.Electricity and gas according to consumption and current energy prices are read and billed on site.Tourist tax 2.50 euros per person / night from 15 years.Occupancy with up to 10 people possible.The prices are for the house per night.On request: bed linen and towel package €10.

Arriving from Germany: via the Munich motorway in the direction of Salzburg, to the St. Michael exit and then in the direction of Murau. From Murau turn right after the sports field and left after the train station in the direction of St. Lambrecht.
From Vienna: Approach via Semmering, Bruck an der Mur to Judenburg Teufenbach, St. Lambrecht.
From Italien: via Klagenfurt-St. Veit - Neumarkt - via the Perchauer Sattel to Neumarkt, continue in the direction of St. Lambrecht.

Whether used as a ski cabin, hiking cabin, or as a place of tranquility, the heart of our holiday home is the open living and dining area! This is where the shared cabin life takes place! Anyone who has ever experienced a cabin holiday knows it’s cozier than in a holiday apartment.
It is located in a picturesque setting in the Murau region and is an ideal starting point for activities in nature such as hiking, cycling, and skiing.
The holiday home is equipped with a tiled stove that creates a cozy atmosphere and features 2 bathrooms, so all guests have their privacy.
It also has a carport that provides space for your car or motorcycle.
Enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace and relax after a day full of activities.
