Information
Our vacation home is located at approximately 1,200 m above sea level, very quiet and without car traffic near the managed farm (Hinterer Ferchl, Family Miedl). Further views of mountains and valley, ideal starting point for hikes and ski tours, e.g. directly from the house towards Halseralm, Feistritz, Glattjoch… Large park-like property (southeast slope), meadow, small vegetable garden, stream. The house is rented only on the ground floor. The upper part of the house is privately used. However, during rental, the tenants are alone upstairs. House description: Area about 60-70 sqm, WC and shower, two bedrooms (1x bunk bed, 1x double bed), large living room with tiled stove (additional resting option with a couch of the same quality as the beds), TV/DVD, WiFi, solar heating in combination with pellets, fully equipped kitchen, sauna available for an additional fee, carport, large sheltered terrace (sunny), additional covered terrace in the entrance area. Pets: only dogs allowed, but please do not allow them on the beds and couch.
