Information
Our cozy Zirbitzhütte, complete with sauna and fireplace, is located directly on the edge of the forest with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. Hiking trails start in front of the house door and the snow-sure Grebenzen Skigebiet is just a few minutes away. On the spacious, partly covered terrace you can hear the rushing of the nearby mountain stream; nature-lovers will get their money's worth here!
Spread over 3 floors and 120m2 and built from solid wood, our chalet has been constructed to the highest ecological standards. We have made special efforts to accommodate allergy sufferers and asthmatics with allergy-friendly mattresses, duvets and pillows etc.
The wood-burning stove and gas heating allow the house to be enjoyed all year long, with the firewood included in the rental price.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room with flatscreen TV and fireplace, an open and fully-equipped kitchen, guest WC and the sauna.
The two bedrooms, each with large wooden double-beds, along with 2 bathrooms fitted with showers, toilets baths and a washing machine and laundry room are on the first floor.
From here you can reach the loft where you'll find an additional 3 single beds.
The house can be reached by car all year long with plenty of parking
