Contact & Directions
The chalet can be reached by car and is located at about 1,700 m at a snow-sure altitude right next to the ski slopes. A drag lift and a chair lift are in the immediate vicinity and provide a convenient start for sporting activities at any time of the year. The "Grossa-Alm" (just around the corner) also offers a wide selection of delicious food and drinks in friendly company - also suitable for après-ski.
Arrival and departure:
From 16:00 (check in) you can move into the chalet on arrival. On departure we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 09:00 (check out) for cleaning.
When you leave, you should not forget in the chalet:
- Switch off lamps and television
- Switch off fireplace, stove, oven and sauna
- Empty garbage can and refrigerator
- Wash dishes and put them away again
- Close the front door and all windows

Payment Conditions
Additional Costs:
- Tourist tax (per person from the age of 15): € 2.50
- Final cleaning (flat rate): € 175
- Bedding / towels (per person): € 11.00
- Deposit is € 500.00, which will be refunded after your stay, provided there are no reasons for retention.
The final cleaning includes cleaning the floors, windows, and tiles. The guest is responsible for disposing of any trash and refrigerator contents and washing the dishes.
Reservation:
For a fixed reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the rental price. If the booking occurs less than 3 weeks before the arrival date, we ask for the full payment of the invoice.
Cancellation Fees (plus € 25.00 processing fee):
- Up to 91 days before rental start: 30% of the rental price
- 90 - 56 days before rental start: 50% of the rental price
- From 55 days before rental start: 100% of the rental price
