You can move into your accommodation between 15:00 and 20:00. In order to ensure a quick check-in, we kindly ask you to send us all names and dates of birth to prepare the registration form

The exact address is: Marktlsiedlung 347 (it is best to enter Marktlhütte, Marktlsiedlung 64 in your sat nav, this is 50m after the accommodation.
Payment:
If there are any outstanding amounts (e.g.: local tax), we will send you a separate invoice by email with a request for transfer. The price includes the provision of bed linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels, electricity and wood.

Payment Conditions
The house, built in 2014, has an area of 130 m², spread over 2 floors and accommodates up to 8 people. Additionally, it features a large terrace facing south, a balcony, and a carport for 2 cars. It is equipped with all amenities, including Wifi, underfloor heating, satellite television, a hot tub, an oven, a microwave, an outdoor grill, etc.
You can make use of the baker's bread delivery service and there is the option to order breakfast or groceries from a restaurant (50 meters away).
The ski area offers 44 km of varied slopes with different levels of difficulty, 14 cable cars and lifts, ski schools for skiers, carvers, snowboarders, and Nordic skiers, ski equipment rental, a snow and fun park, night skiing, 15 km of cross-country ski trails, Nocky Flitzer - the spectacular Alpine roller coaster, ice skating on Lake Turracher, 25 km of winter hiking trails, guided snowshoe hikes, children's expeditions, night sledding, etc.
Turracher Höhe is located around Lake Turracher. Here you will find additional restaurants and hotels such as the MarktlAlm Almhüttendorf. From the house, you can walk through the forest to the lake and onward to the center (about 15 minutes) or drive by car (about 2 minutes).
IN WINTER
The ski area owes its popularity to its altitude. An additional advantage is the pleasant clarity of the area and the fact that all slopes are equipped with snow cannons.
The versatility of Turracher Höhe convinces skiers and snowboarders, Nordic skiers, winter and snowshoe hikers, ski tour participants, ice skaters, and night sled riders. Those seeking more action in addition to the very wide and excellently groomed slopes will find it on the state-of-the-art fun slope Turracher Höhe. With a length of 850 m, this is one of the largest fun slopes in the world! For beginners and pros, the snow park has recently been expanded with a variety of attractions.

Turracher Höhe has always been a pioneer in terms of service; the piste butler service originated here, where guests have long been pampered by the popular piste butler with drinks from his snowmobile, slope information, and snow walks.
IN SUMMER
The idyllic nature reserve, located at the border between Carinthia and Styria, forms a small Alpine world at an altitude of 1,763 m. Mountain hikers, walking enthusiasts, joggers, Nordic walkers, mountain bikers, and all other nature lovers who love the mountains will find plenty to enjoy here. Unique attractions include the Nocky Flitzer Alpine roller coaster and the family experience Nocky's AlmZeit at the mountain station of the panoramic lift.
The unique landscape of Turracher Höhe offers visitors an unparalleled variety of options. Strolls on flat terrain around the Turracher See or marked paths through the alpine pine forests. For those who want to experience the mountain experience of Turracher Höhe themselves and wish to travel in a group, the Alm Butler is a great choice; these experienced guides can be booked through the tourist information.
An absolute natural highlight in the region is the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Nockberge. It is a strictly protected idyllic nature reserve, covering an area of 216 square kilometers west of Turracher Höhe. It serves to preserve the unique beauty of the Nockberge. From Turracher Höhe, this flora and fauna paradise for mountain lovers can be discovered in many ways.
The Nockalm Road also provides the opportunity to visit the biosphere park without physical exertion. Drive along the 34 km route and 52 hairpin bends from Ebene Reichenau to Innerkrems, where there are several information points and simple restaurants. There are also special playgrounds for children and a museum. A cultural historical gem is the over 300-year-old Karlbad, a unique wellness bath.
In Bad Kleinkirchheim, just a 20-minute drive away, there are two thermal indoor and outdoor pools with extensive wellness facilities.
