Information
The so-called „Brandl-Haus“ is a single-family house newly erected in a quiet location on a smooth plateau 990 meter above sea level. The house is surrounded by a large green area but also adjacent to the edge of woods. Driving to the skiing region Lachtal takes about 30 min, to the skiing region Kreischberg a little bit more. In and around Oberwölz there are several leisure opportunities available like a highwire adventure course, an open-air bath, a fairytale trail, a museum of local history, a brass band museum and much more. In the nearby region you can also find an indoor swimming pool in Murau, the museum of wood in St. Ruprecht ob Murau, the brewery museum in Murau, the narrow-gauge railway museum in Frojach, the Aqualux thermal bath in Fohnsdorf as well as the Red Bull motor-racing circuit (about 55 km). Furthermore there are some nice hiking areas (Greim mountain, Eselsberger mountain pastures, etc.) easily achievable from the house.

From east/south (Vienna, Graz, Carinthia etc.) Follow the street B317 until Scheifling, there turn onto the street B96 towards Murau. In Niederwölz turn to the right onto the street B75 towards Oberwölz. From Oberwölz you have to follow the street L512 about 3 km until Winklern where you have turn to the right immediately after the brigde in the village center towards “Hinteregg”. After further 1.2 km you will find our house on the left side. From west/north (Salzburg, München, etc.) Leave the highway A10 in St. Michael im Lungau and follow the street B96 (towards Murau/Scheifling) about 42 km until Tratten. Then turn to the left and follow the street L501 about 9 km. In St. Peter am Kammersberg you have to turn to the left onto the street L512 (towards Oberwölz). Follow L512 about 8.3 km and turn to the left in Winklern towards “Hinteregg”. After further 1.2 km you will find our house on the left side. From north (Rottenmann) Follow the Triebener Straße B114 until turn-off Oberzeiring. From there follow the street L514 about 20 km until its crossing with B75 in Schiltern. Turn to the right towards Oberwölz. From Oberwölz you have to follow the street L512 about 3 km until Winklern where you have turn to the right immediately after the brigde in the village center towards “Hinteregg”. After further 1.2 km you will find our house on the left side. From north (Schladming/Gröbming via Sölkpass -> however only in summertime) Leave the street Steinerstraße L712 in Stein an der Enns onto the Sölkpaßstraße L704. Follow the street about 40 km until its crossing with Katschtalstraße L501. Turn to the left and follow the street about 5 km. In St. Peter am Kammersberg you have to turn to the left onto the street L512 (towards Oberwölz). Follow L512 about 8.3 km and turn to the left in Winklern towards “Hinteregg”. After further 1.2 km you will find our house on the left side.
