With its eight flats, the new flat block offers an absolute feel-good atmosphere and the highest standard of living.

WINTER:
It is particularly attractive that the ski lift and the Kinderlachtal are only a few steps away. The ski school is also right next to the ARTON. A toboggan run and an ice rink round off the offer. The Lachtal ski area welcomes its guests with the Golden Piste Seal. 2 modern 6-seater chairlifts, 8 lifts, 36 km of pistes, 10 km of ski routes and a 2.5 km cross-country ski trail.
There are numerous cosy huts and inns in the immediate vicinity, as well as a sports shop with ski and boot hire!
SUMMER:
In summer, the Lachtal valley attracts visitors with wonderful hiking trails, a children's adventure trail and there are also numerous opportunities for bikers. The high ropes course in Öberwölz and the silver mine in Oberzeiring are further highlights. Golf enthusiasts will love the Murtal Golf Club. The Red Bull Ring can also be reached quickly and easily from the Lachtal.
There is a shuttle bus to the Red Bull Ring, the distance by car is approx. 30 minutes.

Payment Conditions
The price is per apartment and based on the specified number of main guests (6 people in the large apartments and 4 people in apartments 2 to 6, as well as 5 people in apartment 7).
In some apartments, a maximum of 2 children can additionally stay on the couch for an extra fee. (Please inquire separately).
Pets (dogs) are only allowed with prior notification. (Price for a maximum of 1 dog per night is Euro 20.--)
Bedding and sufficient towels and kitchen towels are included and available. A small starter package with Nespresso capsules, sponges, Wettex, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and kitchen roll can be found on site.
Each apartment has a private parking space, which can be used at no additional cost!
