check out until 11am. Coming from the north on B317 in middle of Neumarkt/Stmk turn right in direction 'Bahnhof'. Coming from the south on B317 in middle of Neumarkt/Stmk turn left in direction 'Bahnhof'. Pass the railway staition and follow the road turning left in about 400m and cross the railroad. After about 3km keep left on the lakes, pass the fire patrol building and turn left afterwards. After 500m you can finaly see the farm.
