Ranten
A historical remnant is the Waschlrad on the Rantenbach. A sawmill was operated here for a long time.
After a fire in 1921, a powerful modern sawmill was built. In 1966, the plant was destroyed by a devastating flood. Remains of the "Waschlrad" can still be seen today and are a reminder of a time when timber production was associated with hard physical labor.
