The three pharmacies, the monastery pharmacy in St. Lambrecht, the Salvator pharmacy in Murau and the “Zur Mariahilf” pharmacy in Neumarkt are on call alternately for one week each.

All three oa. Pharmacies have a technical facility (push button on / at the door of the pharmacy) which, when activated, ensures an immediate voice connection between the patient and the pharmacy on call. In addition, the oa. Pharmacies set up a messenger service. If an urgently needed medication is required, the delivery service of the pharmacy on call collects the prescription from the patient who is at a pharmacy that is not on duty.

After the prescription has been collected, the drug will be delivered free of charge to the pharmacy that is not on duty or, at the request of the patient, to his / her place of residence or residence, while maintaining data protection. This ensures that the patient does not have to go to the pharmacy on hand to get an urgently needed medication.
