Ostriches are only found in Africa? Mistake! Saint Lambrecht also has its own ostrich farm.
The guided tours start directly at the magnificent farm grounds, in the middle of the Zirbitzkogel Grebenzen Nature Park. You will get a comprehensive insight into the life and rearing of these fascinating birds: ostriches.
Small chicks, young animals and adult ostriches can be marveled at here. Even in winter, the largest birds in the world can be seen in the snow.
In addition, green cosmetics are produced right on the farm. You can learn how to make them during a cosmetics course at the farm.
