The name "Speckbauer" alone reveals what the skill of the farmers lies in - they produce delicious smoked and fresh meat (beef and pork), sausages, farmer's liver cheese, bread, farmer's donuts and more. This is how you taste and enjoy the motto at the Speckbauer!
The delicious products are available at one of the mobile stations (see homepage) or daily in the family's own farm store.
The family also receives annual awards with a certificate.
