A classic motorbike tour that leads from Hochsteiermark to Oststeiermark. The highlight is the legendary Rechberg, known for its winding roads and picturesque landscape.

The three passes on this route - Pretalsattel, Schanzsattel and Rechbergsattel - are the highlights of this tour in addition to the scenic variety.

Via Turnau, you reach the Veitschertal via the Pretalsattel. In the village of Veitsch, you can hike to the Pilgrim's Cross, the world's highest wooden cross. Allow about an hour for this. Via the Schanzsattel you finally reach Eastern Styria, which you leave again via Teichalm and Rechbergsattel and thus return to the starting point of the tour, Bruck an der Mur.

Bruck an der Mur - B116 to Kapfenberg - after the old town tunnel turn left towards Mariazell/Aflenz on the B 20. Stay on the B 20 until road kilometre 113.8 - turn right towards Veitsch Turnau. In Turnau straight ahead towards Veitsch - Pretalsattel - Großveitsch right towards Mitterdorf - Veitsch - continue on L 102 - roundabout 1st exit - L 118 - Kindberg - at the end of the main square turn left towards Stanz - on L 114 via Schanzsattel - Fischbach to Birkfeld, continue towards Gasen - Straßeggsattel - at road km 13.5 turn left towards Weiz - Teichalm - on L 320 - Fladnitz an der Teichalm. Stay on the L 320 until the junction with the B 64 - turn right towards Frohnleiten - Rechbergsattel on the B 64 to Frohnleiten - continue on the L 121 towards Bruck/Mur.
