The route through the Scheibsgraben connects the Mürztal valley with the Pretal saddle and thus provides a link to the Turnau MTB trails, among others.
This MTB tour takes us from the railway station in Wartberg to the Scheibsgraben. First, we ride slightly uphill on the tarmac road along the Scheibsgrabenbach stream until the route turns into a forest road, which becomes steadily steeper. Passing the Soller Kreuz, the route then descends to the Pretal saddle.

This connecting route offers several options:
- over the Aichberg into the Kindtalgraben
- continue from the Pretal saddle to the Turnau MTB trails
- or from the Pretal saddle via the R48 Veitschtal cycle path and the R5 Mürztal cycle path back to the starting point in the district of Wartberg
