More information
You can find detailed information about travelling here.
From the Aflenz parish church, the trail leads along the former main road towards Jauring and turns left onto hiking trail 864 at the north-eastern end of the village. This runs through the Feistringgraben to Hackentörl (1,291 m).
From here, follow trail 863 via the Hackenalm and the Enzianhütte to Seewiesen.
After the St. Leonhard church, the road goes uphill and you turn right at the left-hand bend onto a forest path, which takes you to the Seebergsattel (1,246 m). From the saddle, descend to the Seebergalm and, after crossing the main road, past Archduke Johann's Brandhof to Gollrad.
Here you follow the Seebergradweg trail until shortly before Wegscheid, where you turn left onto trail 854 into the Ramertal valley. After approx. 500 metres, at a fork in the path, continue right on path 856 to the Steinschale farmstead and the Pretal saddle (approx. 990 m). Continue through the Brunngraben ditch down into the Salzatal valley. You then reach the main road and continue directly along the road to Gußwerk.

Alternatively, it is possible to walk the individual stages separately. In this case, however, the return journey to the starting point must be organised.
