Information
Bärenkogel is about 1200m high and is located in the Styrian region „Hochsteiermark“. The accomodation is situated directly on the top of the mountain next to the eventlocation „Bärenkogel House“. It is only available during times without events. The place provides a spectacular view and it is perfect for recreation activities. It is a self contained holiday house.
There is a road up to the Bärenkogel, so it is easily accessible by car all the year. However, during winter times you may need snow chains.
It´s an ideal starting point for several outdoor activities as walking, hiking and mountain-biking as well as ski touring and sledding.
The accomodation provides two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a tiled stove. It includes a kitchen and an eating place. On the upper floor there are four bed rooms. In each floor there is a bathroom.
To Mürzzuschlag it´s about 8 km. Here you find many shops and restaurants/cafes, some museums, an inddoor-swimming pool, etc.
To the skiing areas "Stuhleck" and "Zauberberg" it´s about 12km.
The house is available for 6-10 persons (minimum 4 nights).
