The Hohenwang castle is a popular destination for the whole family all year round.
The once mighty Hohenwang Castle, now just a ruin, is located on a steep rocky mountain that slopes almost vertically to the southwest, about 100 m above the village Langenwang. The castle was one of the most important medieval fortifications in Upper Styria.
