All good things come in threes – and so the Red Cross Bruck invites you on February 7, 2026, for the third time to the Bruck City Ball in the Bruck Town Hall.

In cooperation with the city of Bruck and numerous supporters and sponsors, a social event takes place again that shines far beyond the borders of the city.

The City Ball has always been regarded as the most beautiful ball in Hochsteiermark – and for good reason:
As the only orchestral ball in the region, the renowned Joseph Haydn Orchestra under Prof. Hans Kügerl accompanies the guests live throughout the evening.

The musical program is complemented by the Zwitschertanten, the band A • W • A • K • E, Die Obersteirer, and an exhilarating 70s ABBA disco that guarantees a lively atmosphere until the early morning hours.

Jasmin Glettler and Helmut Maier from the organizing team remind us: “Particularly the seats in the large ballroom are always highly sought after – just like every year, there is a real race for the seats. However, attending the ball is definitely worth it!”

For the upcoming city ball, something will be offered for every taste: Musically, the range stretches from classical ball music to Austropop and rocking tunes. Throughout the entire city hall, numerous bars and snack stations invite guests to linger: a stylish cocktail bar, the popular Leberkäs’ bar, a wine bar with special drops, a sparkling wine and champagne bar complemented by fine chocolates, as well as the cozy smokers' lounge.

The city ball thus becomes a meeting point for connoisseurs, music lovers, and all those seeking something special again. A special highlight awaits guests in the gallery of the city hall: The exclusive VIP lounge, managed by this year's VIP caterer Hannes Friessnegg from Restaurant Schicker, offers a culinary experience at the highest level. Fine dishes, paired wines, and a stylish setting make this area a meeting point for connoisseurs and network partners from business and society.

All proceeds from the ball go 100 percent to the Red Cross local branch in Bruck an der Mur and its dedicated volunteers – an evening that combines festive elegance with social commitment.
