Spend an unforgettable time in one of our wildly romantic forest cabins, accessible by car.
Our hunting lodges are true jewels in the Styrian Alps. They are located right at the edge of the forest, offering absolute peace and seclusion.
Our cabins are accessible via private forestry roads. In the cozy farmhouse parlors, you will find wooden furniture and a cooking nook with a table stove.
In front of the cabins, you will find an inviting wooden veranda with a view of the surrounding nature and a fire pit for relaxation. Here you can perfectly grill, sunbathe, or simply enjoy a magnificent sunset.

The project Waldhütten.at was initiated by our expert team. The Leobner Realgemeinschaft (experts in forests) and the company PILUM GmbH (experts in tourism) have collaborated with students from the University of Graz to develop the concept for tourist cabin rentals, and we are proud to breathe new life into the old walls of the Waldhütte KOSAK & STIFTHUBE.

Before arrival you will receive information about the key handover.
Arrival via the private forest road. During the winter months, arrival by car is only possible by prior arrangement.
During your stay, one private supply trip per day is possible.
A mobility service is offered on the day of arrival and departure. (€ 50.00 per journey)

Payment Conditions
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 3 months before arrival date - free cancellation possible
Up to 1 month before arrival date - 40% of the total amount booked
Up to 1 week before arrival - 70% of the total amount booked
Up to 1 day before arrival - 90% of the total amount booked
On the day of arrival or in case of early departure - 100% of the total amount booked.
In case of force majeure, a change of date can be made free of charge according to availability.
Terms of payment:
100% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Important info:
Dogs are not allowed in the hut
Mountain biking is not allowed on the forest roads
Smoking is prohibited in the hut
In winter, due to the weather, access to the hut is only possible by prior arrangement
There is the possibility to book a shuttle for € 50,00.
