Tradition and hospitality
Stylish hospitality has a long tradition in the Gietl family. Since 1692, the house has been family-owned and has served as an inn with accommodation ever since. In the guest rooms and at the reception you can learn a lot about the history of the country inn with the help of many photos and memorabilia. The sisters Barbara and Petra run the house with their dedicated team and above all with much love and heart.
The country inn is located directly at the entrance to the Liesingtal, where active vacationers can discover numerous hiking trails. Leoben, the second largest city in Styria, can also be reached in a few minutes by car. Are you looking for relaxation, action or fun? Go on a journey of discovery and get to know the region around the Styrian Erzberg. Many excursion destinations, such as the nearby Red Bull Ring, the emerald green lakes, the Erzberg or the Wild Mountain in Mautern will inspire you.
The Landgasthof Gietl offers 25 lovingly furnished guest rooms and rooms for celebrations of various kinds. Styrian hospitality and home-style cooking with regional delicacies await guests. The 3-star inn is located directly on the old federal road and is quickly accessible via the highway exits on the A9 in Traboch or Kammern. Free outdoor parking is available for cars, buses, campers and vehicles with trailers. In addition, there is a garage for bicycles and motorcycles.
