In addition to the fixed services, we offer you many other services.
At the reception:
- On arrival, all tourist guests receive a "beery" letter ticket for our partner restaurants.
- Should you forget something, our cosmetics shop offers various care products at favourable prices.
- For rainy days, you can purchase our "Hotel Kongress" umbrella at reception.
- Styrian quality products such as pumpkin seed oil, pumpkin seeds and other nice souvenirs are also available at reception.
- Our cute duck couple "Traudl & Franz" will welcome you in your room. Ideal as a souvenir or gift, the two can be purchased at reception.
- Free parking spaces are available for guests directly in front of the hotel. In the underground car park directly below the hotel, you can park at special discounted rates. There are also 4 charging stations for electric cars here.
- Experience Styrian hospitality and cuisine in our partner restaurants "Weinlaube - Schwarzer Hund" and "Arkadenhof - Schwarzer Adler". Both restaurants are located directly on the main square and are therefore only a few steps away.
- Do you need a taxi? We will be happy to organise this for you too.
In the room:
- On request, we can bring an iron, kettle, socket adapter and much more to your room on loan.
- Staying longer? Ask our team about our laundry service.
- Our "little guests" are also welcome. Just let us know when you book and a free baby cot will be waiting for you in your room.

- Our hotel is located in the centre of beautiful Styria, surrounded by magnificent nature. The reception team will be happy to help you plan excursions, hikes and cycle tours.
- Explore Leoben by bike or e-bike! The Mur Cycle Path R2 and numerous marked and signposted cycle tours take you to the most beautiful places in the region. Up-to-date cycle maps are available at reception. Your bike is perfectly stored in our lockable cellar room. Your e-bike can of course be charged there. Don't have your own bike with you? We are happy to organise a hire bike from our local partners (seasonal and subject to availability).
