Payment Conditions
A reservation is only binding upon written confirmation from the hotel or via an electronic booking confirmation. The prices quoted include VAT, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due at check-out at the latest and can be made in cash or by credit or debit card. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before arrival. In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the overnight rate will be charged.
Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM. Keys will be deposited in a key box from 3:30 PM and communicated by email or phone. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
