The hut is located directly on the ski slope of the Präbichl ski arena. Very sunny and absolutely quiet with a view of the mountains and the lake. The hut is accessible by car up to 50m below.

The hut has a cozy hut room with sitting area, wood-burning stove, couch (if necessary extendable for 2 people), SAT-TV, DVD, HiFI with USB/MP3link. Small kitchen with electric stove (2 plates), wood stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machines (Nespresso, filter, Saeco/Lavazza). 1 bedroom with double bunk bed and single bed, 1 shower, 1 WC. Heating with wood-burning stove, hot water electric. In front of the cottage sunny terrace with wonderful view! Lawn for sunbathing with barbecue.
