The AusZeit Leoben holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 in order to offer our guests an appealing and relaxing ambience. Our goal was not just to create a simple holiday apartment: It should be a temporary home where you can retreat with family, friends and children and let your mind wander.

Contact & Directions
The holiday couldn’t start any more stress-free: On the day of your arrival you will receive by SMS or e-mail the access code for the key safe at your chosen apartment. This allows you to be completely flexible and can check in at any time at your holiday home.
On the day of departure, simply put the key back in the safe.
Should you still wish a personal key transfer, please let us know when booking and we will be happy to receive you personally.

Payment Conditions
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival,
30% of the total stay will be charged up to 7 days before arrival.
From 6 days before arrival 70% of the total stay will be charged and 90% of the omitted nights will be charged in case of no or late arrival.
A deposit of 20% is also required within 7 days of booking via bank transfer.
