Self-produced specialties from our own organic farm are offered at the traditionell tavern in Tollinggraben.

The Apfelmaier family runs an organic farm in the Unteren Tollinggraben in St.Peter Freienstein on a full-time basis. Close-to-nature organic farming and species-appropriate animal husbandry have become the guiding principle. As a member of "Austria Bio Garantie" a grassland farm with suckler cow husbandry and pig breeding is run in an organic way.

All these self-produced products can be enjoyed by guests in their own traditional tavern in Tollinggraben.

The Buschenschenke is open from May to November depending on the weather.
Friday from 12:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday/Public Holidays from 10:00 AM
Registered celebrations and hiking groups are also warmly welcomed outside of these times.
