The Pichlmoos cross-country ski trail is part of the Salzkammergut cross-country ski trails, which cover more than 200 km.
The Pichlmoos Trail (K2) is part of the more than 200 kilometres of cross-country skiing tracks in the Salzkammergut. This flat trail, which takes about one hour to complete, is ideal for beginners and leisurely skiers who want to gain their first experience or enjoy a relaxed round on the snow.
From the starting point, the trail runs alongside a stream and then crosses a small bridge. It is perfect for all levels of cross-country skiers.
By connecting two trails, you can continue directly into the nature reserve and reach the Ödensee. This makes the route not only suitable for beginners, but also an ideal starting point for unforgettable days in the snow.

It is best to plan the journey to Bad Mitterndorf with google.at/maps.
From the Pichl starting point, the trail runs along the Riedlbachtraun and continues over the Riedlbach bridge to Pichlmoos and back to the starting point. At the Riedlbachbrücke bridge, the tour can be extended into the Ödensee nature reserve and around the Ödensee trail.
Operating hours: daily from 08:30 - 17:00
Parking is available at the entry point!
