The Krungl cross-country ski trail is part of the Salzkammergut cross-country ski trails, which cover more than 200 km.
The Krungl Trail (M2) connects Bad Mitterndorf with the Kulm Trail (M1).
It starts at the Grimminghalle, continues east past Bad Mitterndorf Trainsstation, and leads to Krungl, where it joins the Kulm Loipe (M1).
With gentle ascents and descents, this route is perfect for varied training sessions — suitable for both ambitious athletes, beginners, and leisure skiers. The trail is groomed for both classic and skating styles.
Free parking is available near the trailheads.

It is best to plan your journey to Bad Mitterndorf with google.at/maps.
The trail leads from the Grimminghalle in an easterly direction past the Bad Mitterndorf train station to Krungl, where it connects to the Kulm trail.
Operating hours: daily from 08:30 - 17:00
Parking is available at the boarding facilities.
