The Murbodenhüttl is located in Gößl, a district of Grundlsee in Styria, just a few steps away from the Grundlsee. The inn offers a covered garden terrace with a view of the lake, a wood-paneled dining room, and an adjacent children's playground – a family-friendly meeting point in the heart of the Ausseerland.
The kitchen serves traditional Austrian home cooking, including grilled specialties and vegetarian dishes. During the summer months, the Murbodenhüttl is particularly popular with swimmers, cyclists, and hikers.
In winter, a private ice rink is also available.
A special advantage is the location: The Murbodenhüttl is an ideal starting point for hikes in the region.
Popular hiking destinations include Zimitzalm, Pühringerhütte, and the idyllic Lahngangsee – all accessible via well-marked paths through the picturesque surroundings.
