In autumn, it’s all about game – enjoy authentic regional flavors at the Zloam Wirt
Starting in mid-November, our popular Game Season begins, bringing you a wide variety of specialties from forest and field. Look forward to tender braised ragouts, aromatic roasts and delicately seasoned game soups – served with classic sides such as red cabbage, cranberries and homemade dumplings.
Prepared with great attention to detail and regional inspiration, each dish highlights the authentic flavors of wild game. Whether enjoyed in a cozy small group or in lively company, the Game Season at the Zloam Wirt is a culinary highlight of the autumn season not to be missed.
