From Friday to Sunday, the Zloam Wirt invites you to enjoy a very special creation: “See & Roll” – Ausseer sushi crafted with regional fish varieties such as char, catfish, pike, trout or rainbow trout, depending on availability, all served in refined rolls. Vegetarian options are also available, offering a perfect harmony of local flavors and creative cuisine.
If you prefer a bowl, try our Poké Bowl with sushi rice, carrot, cucumber and red cabbage, finished with chicken or char.
Whether served in the cozy atmosphere of the Zloam Wirt or conveniently to go – “See & Roll” is the creative side of Ausseerland cuisine.
