Built in 1916, lovingly extended and renovated, s'Mosern aims to be a piece of home for our guests today.
We warmly welcome you!
For resting or for adventurers - no place connects both in such a unique way as the Ausseerland. Far away from any hustle and bustle, you can let your soul dangle at s'Mosern and enjoy a panoramic view from the mountains of the Toten Gebirge to the valleys of Ennstal. The charm of Aussee meets carefully selected photographs and art from the region.
With approximately 100 square meters, s'Mosern offers space for up to 6 people and is equipped with 2 double and 2 single rooms, 2 garage parking spaces, a garden, a glazed veranda, and a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double sink, as well as a separate toilet in the adjacent room, a ski and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and infrared heating, and a storage niche for luggage and clothing. Free Wi-Fi, two televisions, towels and bed linen, as well as wool blankets and, if necessary, a dog blanket are provided by us. Dogs are also welcome!
s'Mosern is only a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk from the shores of Grundlsee. Altaussee and Bad Aussee can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car. This ensures both quick access to the surrounding ski areas of Loser, Zlaim, and Tauplitz as well as proximity to the cool waters in summer.
The ideal location to start into nature right from your doorstep! Hikes such as to the Tressensteinwarte, into Bärnmoos, around the lakes, Altausseer See and Grundlsee, or the path to Bad Aussee along the Traun can be started directly from s'Mosern.

Other distances include Kulm with 25 minutes by car, Hallstatt with 34 minutes by car, and Salzburg Airport is reached in 1 hour and 28 minutes.
