Thörl 149 is a timeless modern architect vacation home for four people, made entirely of wood and with plenty of space for a cozy get-together and privacy. Lovingly furnished, with an eye for the essential and the beautiful. The vacation home, completed in 2022, is located in Thörl near Bad Mitterndorf in the beautiful Ausseerland, surrounded by mountains and lakes in one of the most beautiful regions of Austria.
Enjoy the special atmosphere of the ecological wooden holiday home, the generous space, the wonderful view of the striking Grimming, the secure terrace and the cozy garden with its small stream. Inspired by Scandinavian summer houses, the wooden holiday home is bright, friendly and uncomplicated. Carried by the thoughts of reduction to the essentials, shapes the character of the house few materials, colors and shapes.
And if work has to be done on vacation, then at least with a mountain view - the Holiday Office is a bright, 14 square meter study that can be used flexibly as needed. As an inspiring office with stable LAN/WLAN in a quiet environment with a magnificent mountain view, or as a cozy retreat for reading, playing or doing yoga.

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen
from Salzburg
via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
