Losenbauer hut
Information
At an altitude of 1,650 meters, amidst the picturesque Tauplitzalm, lies one of the oldest documented stone huts in the region.
Originally built in 1503, the Losenbauerhütte was extensively renovated in 2008 and expanded with a stylish wooden extension.
The hut offers approximately 100 m² of space for up to nine people. Amenities include a spacious living kitchen with an open fireplace, a modern bathroom with shower, a sauna, a ski storage room, and a generous terrace with breathtaking views.
The surroundings of the Tauplitzalm impress year-round with unique nature. In summer, with blooming alpine meadows, clear mountain lakes, and numerous hiking trails; in winter, with an extensive ski area and tranquil snowy landscapes. The cross-country ski track is just a few meters away.
The warm atmosphere and lived hospitality of the surrounding establishments make this place a special destination for those seeking peace and nature enthusiasts of all ages.
We are happy to provide information about a stay at the Losenbauerhütte on the Tauplitzalm by phone or email.
