Set on a sunny slope above Lake Grundlsee, Haus Rose Marie offers two spacious holiday apartments in a peaceful location in the heart of the Ausseerland in Styria.
Each apartment has 100 sqare meters of living space and accommodates up to four people. Ideal for families, couples, or friends, this is the perfect base for a holiday surrounded by lakes and mountains.
The ground-floor apartment features a kitchen-living area with direct access to the veranda and garden, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. The living room includes a sofa bed for extra flexibility.
The upper-floor apartment offers a covered balcony with lake view, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and two cozy bedrooms.
Both units come equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, and refrigerator. Families are provided with a baby cot, highchair, and bed rail.
Within a two-kilometre radius, guests can enjoy swimming, boating, or peaceful walks along the lake shore.
Hiking trails to the Trisselwand or nearby Backenstein start just minutes from the house. Cafés and local restaurants serving regional cuisine are also within easy walking distance.

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
