We are a nature-loving family with roots in Vienna and a heart that beats in Bad Mitterndorf. We love to spend our free time outdoors – skiing in winter, hiking in summer, or simply on the terrace with a view of the Grimming.

Payment Conditions
Summer season 2025: 250 € per night for the entire apartment (including sauna, fireplace, underground parking space, and final cleaning).
If you arrive with an electric car, only the electricity costs for charging will be charged separately.
