The accommodation is located near Bad Aussee, approx. 15 minutes' walk from the center and therefore in a quiet location.
Our holiday home will reopen in February 2021, so you can expect the latest technology in combination with the rustic feeling of living in the Ausseerland.
In the Ausseer-Veranda you can spend cozy evenings and simply enjoy the atmosphere comfortably on the couch.

Here you will get the information where the key is and how to get into the apartment. Personal contact with our guests is very important to us. from direction Vienna, Graz
via the A2 Südautobahn, the S6 to St. Michael, continue on the A9 Phyrn-Autobahn, take the Liezen exit to the Trautenfels junction - turn off to Ausseerland
from direction Vienna, Linz
via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen
from Salzburg
via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

We are Johannes and Franz Kalss, 24 years old and come from the beautiful Ausseerland. We are twins with the urge to always create something new, which is why we dedicated ourselves to our heartfelt project "Ferienwohnungen Kalss" for 2 years.

Payment Conditions
The holiday apartments offer comfort with a walk-in shower and a spacious bathroom. The living-dining room offers the possibility to accommodate 2 more guests on the sofa bed. Children up to the age of 7 stay for free in the apartments. A comfortable double bed ensures a restful sleep, so you are ready to discover the Ausseerland!
The price includes towels and bed linen.
