Whether you are traveling with your family, as a couple, or solo, the family-friendly apartment offers space for everyone. Enjoy the parking space and convenient use of the washing machine to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
An open-plan kitchen-living area, equipped with an induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, raclette, waffle maker, wok, etc., defines the space.
A reclaimed wood table invites communal dining or games, while the seating area is perfect for a relaxing evening of reading.
Speakers for listening to music and a small selection of books are available in the sideboard.
The adjacent bedroom with a double bed is accessed through a dressing area, above which a cozy alcove offers 2 sleeping spots accessible by ladder. The bedroom is complemented by a workspace with a monitor, to which you can connect your laptop.
The bathroom is accessible through the dressing area and features underfloor heating. A reclaimed wood wall separates the toilet. It includes a walk-in shower and a large vanity unit with a washing machine underneath. There is plenty of storage space under the vanity and the large mirror cabinet.

Stefan und Monika Mattes und Eppmann
Already the father Otto Mattes bought this apartment with his wife Elisabeth, where Stefan, as the youngest in the family, spent holidays with his 4 siblings. In 2017, his wife Monika Eppmann completely renovated the apartment. Rooms were opened up, the bathroom was completely redone and equipped with underfloor heating. Kitchen with extractor hood, double windows with double glazing, etc. The apartment was used by the family as a holiday home and is now additionally available to tenants.
