Payment Conditions
A one-time, free change of stay is possible up to 7 days before arrival if the desired alternative date is available.
The check-in and check-out take place at the reception of the G’sund & Natur Hotels Die Wasnerin.
At check-in, a security deposit of € 250.00 is required:
€ 200.00 apartment deposit
€ 50.00 key deposit (entrance area, apartment, and SPA area)
The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer after departure, provided there are no complaints.
The use of the 2,400 square meters G’sund & Natur SPA is included in the total price daily from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
