Payment Conditions
For additional guests arriving (please clarify with us before arrival) we charge a fee of 20,- Euro pp/n.
Final cleaning flat rate: € 160,00 and € 15,00 per pet (one-time).
For bookings for 1 night we charge an additional flat rate of 50,- Euro regardless of the number of guests.
Pets are welcome, please book in advance. We charge 10,- Euro per day for each of your pets. We ask for your understanding that animals may only be kept on a leash in the chalet area.
Immediately after the reservation we will ask you by email to pay a deposit of about 50 % of the total price to complete the booking. For bookings at short notice, we will gladly accept full payment in cash on arrival.
Payment arrangements for balance: We prefer a bank transfer up to five days before arrival. We also accept cash payment of the balance on arrival.
In case of cancellation, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
